For people to lucid dream you should start by getting a little book and writing before you go to bed ( about anything , pleasant things and your thoughts on what dreaming is) and then imedeitly again as soon as you wake up and write down what you remember from your sleep .
After just a week you should be able to remember your dreams more vividly and be able to realize when you are in one .
You can also drink apple cider/juice before bed , and/or look for melatonin to take before bed .
Human ( assuming ) brains and dream mechanics are truly incredible . Everyone has their own styles of dreamscape construction and to see the way they build worlds .
